This issue is almost always related to the WiFi signal.
What to do:
  1. Move the modem/router closer.
  2. Restart the router.
  3. Use a WiFi repeater.
  4. Check that the 2.4 GHz network is active.
No. Setup only works with the 2.4 GHz network.
Important:
  1. Temporarily disable the 5 GHz network.
  2. Turn off any WiFi repeaters or Mesh systems.
The most common causes are:
  1. The 5 GHz network is still active.
  2. Incorrect WiFi password.
  3. WiFi repeaters turned on.
  4. WiFi Box too far from the router.

During setup, the device must be placed next to the modem.

This is normal: the WIFIBOX network does not have Internet access.
You should:
  1. Ignore the "No Internet connection" message.
  2. Not switch networks.
  3. If prompted, select "Always".

It is essential to stay connected to the WIFIBOX network until the procedure is complete.

Check:
  1. Your Internet connection.
  2. That your email and password are correct.
  3. That the app is up to date.
  4. Restart your smartphone.
